One stitch at a time
All products are handmade and crafted with care using high quality materials and made according our customers specifications. Hence, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
If you have any trouble or issues get in touch with me & we can troubleshoot the problems. Once order is placed allow at least 2o-25 days time for it to be handmade. No rush orders accepted, I'm not a machine.
Kindly read and check the size guide before placing your order to ensure that the product is correctly made to your requirement.
Due to the nature of digital pdf copies, patterns once sold are not eligible for returns or exchange. If you have any doubts or concerns regarding it, do feel free to reach out by email at crazinessovercrochet@gmail.com
Shipping Policy
Physical products: I currently ship within India only. Handling time may take from 7-15 days depending on where your delivery address is located. All packages are sent via India Post. If you require your product to be delivered sooner kindly get in touch with me prior to placing an order.
The On Hand items are ready to ship and will take about 7-15 days to deliver depending on your location.

Digital Products: As soon as your payment is confirmed the pdf copy will be available for download. For International customers select Paypal option for payment.
